McAdam is currently delivering over 300 new Social Housing dwellings across the Republic of Ireland for Clúid Housing. We are providing project management, employer representative and contract administration services.
These projects are exceptionally exciting as they are being designed and delivered to the highest sustainable NZEB standards as part of Clúid Housing’s Green Strategy. Sustainable elements such as A-building energy ratings, supplementary solar electricity, intelligent thermostatic control, and treatment of wastewater are helping to deliver Cluid’s goal to ensure all new homes are net-carbon zero when operational with 40% less embodied carbon by 2030.
The projects include the full range of houses types in accordance with Clúid’s Design Guidance requirements including two & three storey dwellings; Duplex & Apartment units; Older Persons Category 1 & 2 dwellings and bespoke Complex Needs Units. Examples include: 130 units at Dúiche Roden, 85 units at Tullybrook, 66 units at Denore Road and 46 units at Letterkenny. Combined, these projects have a value in excess of €80+ million euros.
These schemes are currently being delivered on budget & within the contract programme.
