Project Summary

McAdam are Project Managers for Choice Housing Association and have successfully delivered over 160 new social housing dwellings across Northern Ireland since 2019. Selected as tier one partners, we provide a full management service from inception to scheme completion which includes Project Management, Contract Administration & Specialist Procurement Advice.

Our experienced Project Management teams ensure the dwellings are always designed and delivered to the highest Sustainable Standards which includes BRE Code for Sustainable Homes; the latest Life-Times Homes Standards and PSNI Secured by Design Standards. The resultant schemes always provide an adaptable, safe, and secure living environment.

Our portfolio of projects for Choice Housing is always expanding however notable examples of completed schemes include; 90 new dwellings (£8.2M) at Kilwee, Upper Dunmurry Lane; 53 new dwellings (£7M) at Belvedere, Upper Dunmurry Lane; and 24 new dwellings (£2.8M) Killynure Phase 2, Carryduff. These projects have all been designed to comply with DFC DPG Design Guidance and include a full range of house types. In each case the schemes were successfully delivered on budget & within the contract programme.
