Health And Safety – Principal Designer – CDM

Belfast with flexible working environment

Minimum Requirements:

Have gained a Degree in a related design or construction discipline (or alternatively a Level 6 Diploma in construction related health and safety), 5+ years’ construction / health & safety experience working in a similar type consultancy / advisory role, Minimum Level 2 Health and Safety related qualification (eg IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent), Membership of a relevant professional body, Full Driving Licence and willing to travel in NI, GB or ROI.


Minimum Level 3 Health and Safety related qualification (eg NEBOSH National Certificate in Construction Health & Safety or Occupational Health & Safety or equivalent), Undertaken accredited PSDP course for ROI projects, Membership of Association for Project Safety – CMaPS grade, Membership of IOSH, IIRSM, ICE H&S Register or other health and safety organisation.

Civil Engineers - Wastewater Networks


Minimum Requirements:

Applicants must have a degree in civil engineering, Previous experience of sewage infrastructure design, Excellent written and verbal communications skills, Confidence and ability to work within a team, but with a degree of autonomy.


Previous experience in developing civil solutions for residential developments, Circa 2- 5 years’ experience in a similar role working on civil engineering infrastructure or developer projects
