Project Summary:
We acted as Employer’s Representatives on the Newton Heights development, a social housing scheme delivered on behalf of Clúid Housing. The final phase of the project comprised of 51 residential units located in Lotabeg, Mayfield. Our role included overseeing project delivery, monitoring contractor performance, managing snagging and de-snagging processes, and ensuring all works met Clúid’s design, quality, and compliance standards through to Practical Completion.
