Project Summary

McAdam has undertaken the role of Project Manager for the Blighs lane project comprises of the construction of 119 new dwelling units complete with associated site works, new services, new infrastructure, landscaping.

This ambitious project also includes the refurbishment and extension of the Sean Dolan’s GAC including an indoor 3G pitch and Article 3(4)C works to the surrounding area.

The project started on site in March 2021. The project is scheduled to be completed in late 2023.

The construction value of the project was £17m and is being delivered utilising the NEC ECC Option B Contract (Traditional).
