Carrigmore Woods Opening, Dublin

news

Yesterday, McAdam attended the official opening of Carrigmore Woods in Citywest, Dublin by South Dublin County Council and Tuath Housing.

The ribbon was cut by Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage James Browne TD and Mayor Pamela Kearns of South Dublin County Council. We also heard heartfelt words from Sinead, a new resident, who shared her joy and experience settling into her new home.

Carrigmore Woods comprises six modern blocks, surrounded by beautifully landscaped spaces that foster a vibrant and welcoming community. The scheme delivers 153 cost rental homes and 137 social homes, a high-quality build by Ardstone & Monami.

We’re proud that McAdam acted as Employer’s Representatives for Tuath on this important housing scheme, helping deliver much-needed homes for the community. And we look forward to supporting the further delivery of homes with Tuath, who currently provide secure housing for more than 40,000 people.
