McAdams have been providing project management, technical support and stakeholder liaison services to NI Water on the RwwIP since it was established in 2008. For more than ten years, McAdam have been at the heart of this complex and challenging programme of work, delivering improved wastewater treatment to more than 23,000 people across the length and breadth of Northern Ireland.

The RWwIP was set up to tackle widespread refurbishment of some of NI Water’s 900 minor wastewater treatment works and by the end of the current phase of work in 2021, McAdam will have successfully managed a total NI Water investment of £47m in this scheme.
