Antrim Drainage Area Improvements

McAdam Design has been appointed as civil designer by BSG Civil Engineering Ltd on two schemes to upgrade existing wastewater infrastructure within Randalstown and Antrim Town Centre for NI Water.

The £2.0M Massereene scheme includes for the re-location and upgrade of an existing sewage pumping station and the replacement of foul sewers along Fountain Street, High Street, Church Street, Railway Street and Market Square within Antrim Town Centre.

The £2.0M Randalstown scheme includes for the construction of a new terminal pumping station and replacement of foul sewers, storm sewers and watermains along Main Street and New Street.

Construction work on the schemes will commence Jan / Feb 2009.
